Polite, courteous and very helpful. I've been using this pharmacy for many years now and have never had cause for complaint. I am happy to recommend this little pharmacy to anybody.

I wanted to use the pharmacy 10 minutes before closing today but the staff (4 ladies) were already ready to go, they were standing in front of the pharmacy and playing with their phones and told me that they are closed now even if there was still 10 minutes and I needed something important for my 4y daughter. Not recomended!

Dear Patient I am extremely sorry that you have had a bad experience with one of our pharmacies. I will investigate this fully and ensure that we put in place procedures to ensure that this does not happen again. I appreciate your feedback, it allow us to monitor our standards and take action when the service level has been compromised
