    Delay with important prescription, poor communication, error with prescription. No accountability or apology. Long wait each time. Uncaring attitude. Very disappointing

    Unhappy as I was totally ignored by staff and new people walking into the pharmacy were greeted because they knew them and served before me. I was not made to feel welcome and left to the back of the que.

    My prescriptions are sent from the GP practice directly to Shantys. They are dispensed very quickly and I receive a text message to collect. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is an excellent service and I am pleased to be one of their customers.

    Well run and efficient pharmacy. Notifications regarding prescriptions makes sure you know your prescription is available to collect. They also promote the flu vaccination which I always take up.
