    I have repeated prescription every two months I’m very sick person Got multiple health issues Including severe heart palpitations Need my medication on time otherwise I might die.The pharmacy lied to me that will be delivered couple of times and never happened This puts me in imminent danger Very ignorant approach i have called them and only empty promises they told me that pharmacists works only on Wednesday! This is unacceptable to deal like this with ill patients who depend upon the medication can’t believe that only one person delivers medication to all patients

    Dear Iggy, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of Shirley Pharmacy. Naturally i was concerned to read the contents of the feedback and have investigated this for you. Your medication is of course vitally important. I have spoken to the Pharmacy directly today and understand your medication has been delivered to you this afternoon. I believe the pharmacy team have discussed your repeat medication with you. They have kindly informed you of the need to contact the surgery to place a new order as you may be due a review of your prescribed medication with your GP. Our Pharmacist works across the full opening times of the Pharmacy: Monday - Friday 8:30am -7:00pm. I'm unsure where only Wednesday has come from. I certainly hope the all details above have made this confusion clearer. Our Pharmacy Team at Shirley Pharmacy will always do their upmost to support and look after the local community.
