   I went to inquire of some prescriptive drugs for a tourist friend on November 7. As I was still quite new to the NHS system, the pharmacist patiently explained the procedure of first getting a formal prescription letter either through a GP or a private doctor. He was also very kind to give me a rough estimate of the costs involved to help my tourist friend make the choice that would eventually suit her needs. All through the conversation the pharmacist was friendly, reassuring and supportive. Great job well done!
