   Attended for a Covid and Flu jab. Assistent asked where I had my prescription sent to. When I said Boots she started to say unprofessional things about Boots. She asked me if I wanted my prescription sent to Skipton Pharmacy instead I replied No. The next week I had a prescription it was not at Boots but with Skipton Pharmacy,they had changed my preference with my doctors saying it was my decision. I had to change it back. When I complained I was told the manager would ring me back. Never happened. Also wanted to take my blood pressure even when I told them I had been exercising so would be inaccurate.
