   Went to collect prescription Friday - nothing - Told they would bring it round on Saturday, they had all my details and someone lives nearby,they said. Rang this morning to say nothing arrived on Saturday as per arranged to be told I didn’t ring, What, I actually said please put through my letter box as I’m not there Saturday. Prescription Not ready to collect so patient went without their morning tablets, as per doctors orders, also while carers were present to give, now will have to wait …………. In the mean time they will not allow me to order a week earlier to avoid this happening again, Yes again, I hear this far too often in the chemist, well im sure someone will be ok some where but not this one.
