    Staff are always rude and unprofessional. Nothing is ever ready even when your given a date and time to go back to collect your prescription. Have waited for over an hour at times. Even been told prescription has not been received from the doctor and have had me running in circles when it was there the whole time. Both pharmacists and staff are extremely rude, unknowledgable and very unwelcoming. Some medication has been months out of date. This chemist should be investigated. Terrible service!

    when ever you go into this pharmacy it always takes ages to get your meds no communication to say a pharmacist is at lunch so you can wait for ages until you ask what happening staff very rude ask for blood pressure she swore at me got no staff shove her shoulders at me so when pharmacist came out i told her and she got someone to do it for me if you go another day still takes them a while to get the meds they need to sort there rude staff out

    I have collected my repeat prescription from this pharmacy for about 20 years. However the service has now become unreliable and highly disorganised. The past few times that I have ordered my prescription I have been told it would be ready by a certain day. I gave them a couple of extra days then went to collect. They said that they have not received the prescription from the gp and that I should contact my gp. I contacted the prescription section of my gp who was able to tell me the exact position, ie when I had last ordered, when they had received last request from Sogim etc etc. For at least the past two times it turned out that gp had not received prescription request from Sogim. Further, there have been times when I have tried to call Sogim - no reply, which I understand when there are customers in the shop - but it is very telling when the answer service is full and cannot take any further messages.
