    Horrified with the attitude and rudeness of all staff in this pharmacy. Customers weren’t even rude to begin with and even so continued to not be rude. Staff were very slow and delaying all services. Again would not recommend. Waited over 40 minutes for one prescription. Never again

    Dear valued customer Thank you for your feedback which we take seriously. We are sorry about any inconvenience you have experienced. I can assure you that we serve our customers professionally and very politely. The majority of our patients get their medication within an average of five to ten minutes. Our pharmacists and dispensing staff are really good, professional and knowledgeable according the regular feedback that we receive from our patients, doctors and surgeries' staff. However, sometimes our staff can get involved in unexpected patients' emergency tasks that need to be sorted instantly for patients' safety. Also, sometimes there are infrequent sudden problems in the software that runs patients' data and prescriptions that obviously can cause some delay. I agree with you that all our customers as well as all pharmacy staff are polite and helpful. Also, according to our pharmacy policy, patient has the right to ask to speak directly to the pharmacist or pharmacy manager if waited for more than 15 minutes without been served asking for the reason of the delay. Finally, if you are still dissatisfied, could you please get in direct contact with me and let me know what has exactly happened, who was involved in serving you etc. then I can properly investigate aiming to improve our services if required?
