My wife was informed by our usual pharmacy that her prescription was 'out of stock' and to try elsewhere. Knowing that my sister-in-law spoke highly of the Springvale Surgery we tried that first. The pharmacist confirmed that there was a national shortage of my wife's drug but there was an alternative. He recommended that she should obtain another prescription from her GP and, once received, he would contact his suppliers. This she did and collected her prescription the following morning. She was very relieved. It really was 'service above and beyond' and delivered with an engaging and friendly smile.
