  1. Review titled Very rude pharmacist

Rated 1 star out of 5

I went to have my blood pressure taken at St Ives Pharmacy, The Pavement. The pharmacist immediately said they were charging £7.50. When I said I would send the results to my medical insurance (which I do every year, it is not a request from my insurance, it is just to get a discount) she said they only take blood pressure for the NHS. I also said I wanted to know my blood pressure for my own benefit. She was rude and dismissed me. I went to the other pharmacy in St Ives where the person was lovely and took my blood pressure without any problem and did not charge me. What a difference!

  2. Review titled Excellent service

Rated 1 star out of 5

I had a free blood pressure check last week by one of the excellent young ladies (not allowed to add the name!). She found it to be high. She called the pharmacist in and they suggested I go to my GP. I am now on blood pressure medication. She was extremely supportive. I have always had excellent service from the pharmacy everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I cant ask for anymore.
