I visited St Mary's Pharmacy today to discuss an issue I had with my eye. I initially spoke to a friendly and helpful member of staff and explained the problem. I was referred to the pharmacist who took their time to ask questions and then discuss my treatment options. My overall experience was excellent and I can only praise the quality of service I received.

Several times now I've had poor experiences with repeat prescriptions. Items are often out of stock, then future repeat prescriptions are messed up when they give you the previous missing items and not checking for your new repeat prescription - happened just now so I have last month's missing items but not the new stuff that I've run out of. I'd avoid it if the next option wasn't so much further away. In particular the counter staff are particularly clueless and not checking the system properly.
