I used this pharmacy to collect a prescription and purchase some other items and I found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to provide assistance.

New to HRT, details of my prescription have been discussed openly without discretion each time I have attended to pick up a prescription with other members of the public/village in the shop. Checking my HRT prepayment not discreet at all

I had an issue with a prescription. Very helpful and sorted a problem even though it was a little complicated. Remained friendly and professional. Made a difference to a stressful situation. Thank you

I have always had great service from Stancliffe pharmacy for the past 23 years. There is a good relationship with my GP making service quick and professional. Lots of good advice over the years. Thank you.
