   My sister and only went in to get some ibuprofen and paracetamol for our dad who had just been through surgery. The member of staff who served us (sorry we didn't catch her name) was courteous and kind. She showed genuine concern and displayed the sort of professional capability that makes us proud of our NHS. I'm sure people are quick to complain so it's only fair that we pass on our thanks. Thank you.
