I turned up 10 minutes prior to my booked appointment for 'flu & covid jabs. The waiting room was packed with people having to stand. The person calling people for their jabs was almost inaudible. After waiting until 35 minutes after my appointment time I had to leave as I had another appointment elsewhere. No information shared about delays. Poor experience, waste of time making an appointment as walk ins were being fitted in too. Will book elsewhere in future. Unless you have a spare hour, I suggest you do to.

I needed advice, so rather than phone my GP surgery, who I appreciate are overstretched. And possibly have to wait for an appointment. I phoned Steeton Pharmacy and I was seen within 30 minutes of my phone call. I had a consultation with the very polite and understanding pharmacist/owner. They cover certain criterias, and I fortunately came under that bracket. Within the time of seeing the pharmacist, I was prescribed a medication. The staff are caring and listen to the customer/patient. I highly recommend this outstanding pharmacy. And it's very refreshing to know, that they offer this service in Steeton.
