Every time I go to collect my prescription it's not ready. Repeat prescription not put together even if a text has been sent to let me know that it's ready for collection. The wait is always a long wait. Hard to get through on the telephone. I put my prescriptions in extra early so I don't run out and still never ready when I call for them. Lots of complaints from people in the same situation each time I go. I work for the NHS know how under staffed we are but the service at this pharmacy isn't good.

Waiting over an hour even tho staff said would be ready in 20 min got home to find to find half the items missing so had to go back very rude staff when questioned about it 3rd time this happening iv now change to another one don’t have a problem place needs new staff that know what there doing place not fit for purpose

10.06.2023 suppose to be open until 22:30 as informed by staff at 12:30 Called back at 16:50 to find pharmacy shuttered up ,gate padlocked. Not the first time this place hasn’t adhered to it’s advertised opening hours. Unreliable practice!
