Last few months service has been impacted. Something has changed. This pharmacy used to be exceptional to delivering all round service to us however now it is closed when it should be open, they never answer the phone and something I really appreciated was the text message service you would get when your prescription is ready to be picked up, now I don't get them and I don't think it's just me as my other half doesn't get one either. Was told by a member of staff that due to a van been stolen they are now closing the gates on a weekend and now you have to call to have them bring you your goods/prescription to the gate. There is no notice or sign or anything up explaining this or apologising for the inconvenience or anything and if you ring the contact number as I mentioned before they don't even pick up! The whole building is closed up and no signs of life when we are suppose to know this. ??? It's absurd the amount of people entering the carpark standing at locked gates looking bemused not knowing what the hell is going on. I hate to knock this pharmacy as it is usually one of the best in terms of reliability and service but why the drastic changes, has management changed? What's going on???

I reguraly use stone, fantastic service by the staff, manager and asst manager both are absolutly brilliant charactors and help us in the beat way possible, and very efficiently, we cannot fault the service we recieve one bit , thankyou for keeping me amd my husband alive.

This pharmacy and the people in it have been my life line for 2 years, and continue to be, going through some though times and treatment, the staff have gone above and beyond for me and my children. More times than I can imagine, always with a smile and never enough trouble, I can honestly say I’m not sure I would have got through although the staff and service, they have taken time to get to know my children and I, and strive to do everything they can to make life a little easier, in there own time at some points, everywhere has teething issues, nothing is perfect but this place deserves all the praise and Merritt it can possibly have. Thanks to everyone there, and if you want to feel safe and cared for then i suggest you start to use all of their services, and sign up to have them take care of you too. Nominate them! X
