This is not the first time I have had items missing from my prescription, every single time I have to check the contents before I leave and very often an item is missing. This time there was only one months supply instead of two, the girls comment when I checked was 'Well it was all checked off' as if I had magically made a box of tablets disappear in front of her. I've given them numerous repeat chances as they are close and convenient but I'm sick of having to complain about the poor service and missing items. The staff were rude too. Never again.

Appalling service no pharmacist to prescribe medicine for my 2.5 year old for conjunctivitis Shouldn’t be open They said pharmacist was “in a meeting” out the back. I asked if they were doing a consultation he said no I question if the pharmacist was even there The person serving didn’t know that the pharmacist could prescribe medicine to over 2’s told me to phone 111 Or visit the hospital No wonder our nhs hospital is broken with no pharmacist and Ill informed people working on chemist
