Took over a week for medication to be ready. Used there app to track the prescription but they fail to update the app even a week after prescription was collected it still showing as pending at the pharmacy. Only knew it was ready as I had to phone as despite leaving 2 weeks I had run out of medication. No point having the app to track if not updated. It looks like I cannot approve the next prescription so will have to find another pharmacy with an app to avoid wasted journeys to pharmacy for medication which isn’t dispensed in a timely manner.

Never prepared, awful queues, don’t expect to get your prescription first time, took four visits to get them to have my ordered prescription. Try to make you buy purchase to gain money from you

I ran out of tablets and contacted the pharmacist directly. She very quickly processed my prescription and provided the required tablets. Great service. Thankyou

I was very impressed with the way the pharmacist treated me she was very helpful and understanding she made me feel at ease after I had spoken to her and I received the right treatment and it cleared up within the week.

I'd like to leave an excellent review for the main Pharmacist that helped me with a discoloured middle finger nail. She was very calm and sympathetic in helping with a diagnosis. Looking through sample pictured, they did not look like what I had. She also looked at melanoma's and concluded that I needed to see a dermatologist. She made me feel very comfortable and assured me that if it turned out to be the worse case scenario, it would have been caught early. Seeing a Dermatologist, the prognosis was a Pseudomonas which is just an infection. I have repeatedly visited the pharmacy and not only showed her the progress but also thanked her for her approach and care for my symptoms. Thank you very much you are simply an amazing pharmacist and beautiful person.

So, last week whilst picking up my normal repeat prescription, I was asked if I had time to do a blood pressure check., which she did. She wasn't happy with the results and asked me to do a 24 hour test. I went back the next day and it was shocking! There is history of High blood pressure with both Mum and Dad ( he died of a heart attack!) She sent the results to my GP and I'm now on blood pressure tablets, without her I. Might not even be here today!!! I'm so grateful to the team, they're under so much pressure since Boots closed in January. I for 1 am so grateful and glad they are so happy to help!!! Thank you soooo much Superdrug's Woolston!!! xxx

Slow and inefficient service.Poor management repeating this same mistakes .Taking pharmacy 8 days to process your medicine.Poor pharmacy standards does not meet any industry standards and not regulated by regional healthcare management. More than inconvenience to deal with.Assurance previously provided to take remedial action to improve the service worth nothing .Non existing customer service.Utter useless.

I have been through many pharmacies, but none quite as good as this one. They are extremely busy, yet always welcoming. The staff are always on the go, and the residential pharmacist always listens and helps where she can, always going above and beyond. I have to visit the pharmacy a bit more often than the regular patient, and I would not think of going elsewhere anytime soon. Overall, all staff at the pharmacy are very welcoming, efficient & polite. If I were to score it, it would be 10/10. Thank you.

I will start by saying that I do not usually bother to post a review for anywhere however this is a must! Superdrug pharmacy has given me absolutely amazing service over this past year and I am so glad I moved from Boots. Any issues and the staff are very friendly and efficient. They really do go above and beyond to help! I had a prescription for an item which they couldn’t supply due to lack of stock at the suppliers so the girls called my surgery for me and managed to get a “as close to” item. Very helpful and saved me a trip. No complaints here!

Superdrug is my local pharmacy over the last few years it has definitely got a lot busier but one thing that has not suffered is the service. The permanent pharmacist always makes time to listen and advise the staff are friendly knowledgeable and always happy to help
