I use regular eye meds to control glaucoma and other complex eye conditions. These need to be discarded every 28 days. I ensure plenty of time to reorder through my GP's online repeat prescription service. On several occasions I have not been able to obtain the meds from Superdrug Pharmacy, Horsham due to these items being out of stock with the suppliers. I then have to run around to other pharmacies with my prescription at the last minute as these are due to run out. Whilst I understand there can be supply issues I really don't consider the situation to be helpful for my complex eye health as well as my well being. As a stakeholder I should like to see an improvement in the service where the situation I have been placed in does not continually happen. Many thanks for listening.

I had a prescriptions from GP for insulin during pregnancy. Pharmacist give me half of my order only without informing about missing insulin pack. I came back to pharmacy two days later to ask for missing medication and have been advise that it is on order and will be ready in 48h. After 48 when I came back second time to the pharmacy I have been informed that i have to wait another 5 days for my medicine. Young person on the counter didn't even know what medicine I am waiting for even after checking prescription. I asked to be called when the medicine will be ready and the person behind the counter said that i will get the phone call in couple of days but did not even take my phone number. I tried to call pharmacy for last 3 days to see if my prescription is ready to collect and no one is answering the phone. Service is unacceptable. I am pregnant and need medication. I do understand that it could be lack of stock but at least pharmacist should inform customer about it , not leave it without information.

I’ve sat here for half an hour, every time I’ve called them, the phone has rang for 5 minutes, no answer and then the phone hangs up. I’ve never had this kind of experience with a pharmacy before.

No long queues, helpful staff and an efficient service. Advantage of being in a store (to the rear) for a few minutes browsing.

I had to visit the pharmacy 3 times in order to collect my prescription. Only 2 people working there, including pharmacicst, and a long queue. They just could not cope. I will not be visiting this store again.
