After being refused dispensing of a prescription for an unusual drug (with the added complication of a wrong ‘year’) by all my neighbouring chemists, I was delighted to find a team who responded to the challenge, going out of their way to contact the London specialist responsible by email and phone, and then dispensing a very small quantity which other chemists had refused to obtain. All done with a smile and wthout any fuss! Congratulations to the senior chemists and their team!
