    Ordered my repeat prescription online on May 2nd. Informed online that prescription ready May 17th. When I went to collect was informed that they could find no trace of approval. Could I return while it was investigated. I have returned 3 times and am still without medication. Informed I need to contact my GP. This is a regular occurrence when I request a repeat prescription. Sooner or later this pharmacy branch will be responsible for someone's death.

    I am unable to open blister packets so Superdrug started sending my medication in bottles - until they didn't! It started 3 months ago, some were sent in bottles and some weren't. I can't use any medication that is in a blister pack and it's one excuse after another from them. Plus even though the doctor sends them the prescription 2 weeks in advance, they still haven't sent the medication 1 day before last month's runs out which means every month I don't have medication for a few days. I am housebound and in a wheelchair which is why I use their online services to begin with, I wish I didn't have to because their service is atrocious.

    I was told my prescription would be available for pick up by Saturday. I phoned the following Tuesday to make sure it was there. ...No answer after trying to phone repeatedly. Went down on the Wednesday. Could not supply me with my drugs. Said they would order them! I asked why I couldnt get through on the phone to check...They took it off the hook as they were busy. Three people working there. Absolute shambles.I will never use them again.

    Everytime I go to collect my repeat prescription I am told it was only partially approved by my GP. I contact the surgery who inform me that every item was approved by the GP. I go back to the pharmacy to be told to reorder the missing items. I wait days to get them am have missed taking my medication. Beyond a joke.

    2 staff members fighting with each other about who's going on break. I don't think custumers should listen to this. Slow. Unfocused. Lack of empathy. Go to Ridgeway Pharmacy.

    On the website it says the pharmacy closes at 5.30 today. On arrival at 4.50 the pharmacist told me and others she was not taking any more customers because she was closing the pharmacy at 5pm, even the shop assistant said to her that it closes at 5.30, she replied that as she had not had lunch she was closing the pharmacy at 5pm. People needed urgent medication, including myself, advice from the pharmacist was what I went there for, surely this is false advertising if the website shows 5.30 closing, maybe the website should have been updated so I and others didn’t have a wasted journey.

    Pharmacist is different every day and often late so vital medication cannot be accessed or dispensed. Supposed to deliver my 87 year old housebound mum’s medication but this is not the case. When you go to collect on Saturday the pharmacy is closed and people waiting. No one has a contact number to find out if or when a pharmacist is coming. Absolutely unacceptable situation that needs sorting out to prevent people being without medication they need daily!!!!!

    The staff is unprofessional, slow and just protective themselves (always say that are very busy though all pharmacies are busy). Last 2 times was waiting for long and even given me the wrong medication. I asked for the repeat prescription and even write down which medication I need but receive wrong one. What a waste!!!! While in a queue, I can see how ignorant the staff. People ask them to do things quicker. Don't understand what managers are doing? Let them go a check their work. I would definitely change the pharmacy.
