I can not believe the rudeness of the pharmacist today, there was an elderly person in front of me who asked for her prescription that she had put in over a week ago for the pharmacist to say wait 30 minutes. The person did say but I put it in a week ago for the pharmacist to say don't talk to me like that, we now have no stock here's your prescription back you will have to find another chemist. I hope this isn't life threatening medication.

Arrived just as store was closing for scrip collection. Waiting outside door in the torrential rain. Staff member on exiting said ‘get out of the way, you’re blocking the exit’. No way to talk to another person. I could have responded by pointing out that they were early, but refrained, not wishing to be seen as potentially threatening or aggressive. Plenty of signage supporting staff in cases of abuse. Ha.Ha. Obviously the company falls short in terms of training.
