No matter what time of day I've gone to collect a prescription - it always take a long time to retrieve. I also went in with a specific medical question (as unable to get a GP apt and was encouraged to speak to a pharmacist). Who just told me to carry on with a warm compress on an infected area, which was not helpful nor good advice (ended up in A&E). Felt very let down with the lack of care and knowledge from that person.
