Superdrug has apparently recently switched to a new prescription handling system which now takes over a week to actually process and fulfil prescriptions sent from local GPs. It used to take 1-2 working days. Utterly appalling service!

I rang Superdrug pharmacy on 3 July 2023 as I was struggling to get my prescription for HRT. My usual pharmacy told me they had no idea when they would receive my medicine. I called every pharmacy in the area to be told sadly they did not have my medicine and had no idea when they would receive it. I then rang Superdrug in Dorchester. I ran out of medicine 3 days ago but the lovely pharmacist I spoke to at Superdrug Dorchester said she had the medicine I needed and would keep it back for me. I went to Superdrug in Dorchester and the pharmacist I spoke to provided me with my medicine and went above and beyond to help me. I just want to say a massive thank you to that kind lady.
