   I find ringing up the pharmacy quite annoying. It never ever was like it is now. When you ring very often your asked to leave a message !!!!! This is not at all helpful when you can't get through to speak to a member of staff regarding your medication. I am very disappointed with this. I know staff can be busy but prior to the new " phone calls" someone always answered. I'm sure I'm not the only person who is not happy with the way it is now.
