Went to the doctors yesterday and they prescribed me the wrong quantity twice, luckily the staff in the pharmacy notice this before I was sent away and sort it out. Yes it took a few extra minutes but at least they saved me a trip back to the pharmacy and doctors. So I am really greatfull for them and definitely coming back

I came to the pharmacy with a leg injury that was affecting my ability to walk and they tended to it in a very professional manner

Came to this pharmacy for the first time about a week a go and I felt really happy with the service, the girl who served me was really lovely, friendly and helpful. I'm for sure coming back. Thanks everyone

I needed antibiotics following diagnosis of a debilitating urine infection in late pregnancy whilst on holiday and 200 miles away from home. My husband and I tried other pharmacies who did not have the prescription available / did not pick up the ‘phone, but Swan Pharmacy took our call immediately, ensured the antibiotics were available and filled the private prescription at cost - a huge thank you to Swan Pharmacy for being so kind, professional and responsive at such a stressful time.

Desperate to check if my prescription was ready I rang for 6 hours and no one answered the phone. I couldn’t get to the pharmacy so was relying on someone else who was having to arrange care for their children to go pick it up for me. To avoid a needless journey at Christmas the least they could have done was pick up the phone. Needless to say I didn’t get my essential medication because then no one was available and couldn’t even arrange a taxi to collect it. Thank you so much Swan Pharmacy. You outdid yourselves this time!
