This is the worst chemist I have ever been too ,I'm surpose to have my meds delivered that never happens,they Never answer the phone and I always have to go and pick up my meds sometimes they even tell me I'm not at that chemist even though I have been there for years

Have spent two days trying to ask about prescription delivery delay but they never answer the phone. Will now have to struggle to the pharmacy to complain.Terrible customer service

Terrible supposed to have perscription delivered Allways get pert delivered then have to go to shop to collect the rest

I am still waiting for my inhaler which was due nearly 3 weeks ago, it is the Bevespi Aerosphere7.2 / 5mcg. I have been trying for days to get through on the phone but it is either engaged, just rings then a message tells me your phone is not available, your customer service certainly needs a review as I have copd I can't walk to the pharmacy to complain or collect my medication.
