Extremely rude staff (girl with glasses) Not willing to listen. Who think she is very special my foot. I wanted something so I try to call the pharmacy but their didn’t answers phone. So visited them the girl with glasses went inside and I heard she was laughing about it with other members I wasn’t expecting this for the pharmacy. their work in pharmacy should know how to act and work in the company. To be honest I would travel 200 miles out of my way before experiencing customer service like this. I hope this gets improve and staff get told off.

Limited opening times, just don't need your prescription on late Friday afternoon! because you'll not get your medication till Monday. No parking apart from busy street parking which is usually taken, if your disabled there is no wheelchair access and if its raining your going to get wet while for them to answer the bell system, its definitely an unfriendly way to do business. Response times to answering the phone is poor with staff that appear to be anything but helpful. Urgent prescription medications are held up by other medications not being in stock and lack of being informed to the situation. Basically nothing good can be said about them.
