After using the NHS 111 system i was referred to Tawhill Pharmacy to see the pharmacist. The information that i was provided was to attend the pharmacy within 24 hours, i had to attend in person. When i arrived 2 hours after the initial 111 process and referral, i was told the pharmacist couldn't help as it was not clinic day! The person on the front counter spoke to the pharmacist how was very dismissive to her and left her to come back to me to deliver the message that they couldn't help. You possible need to update your service details with NHS 111 rather than people having waisted journeys that could be avoided. If you are not able to provide the service that id being offered, remove your details for the list on offer.
