   My wife and I had our flu and covid booster jabs on 03/10/24 and to date 28/11 , they have not updated our NHS medical records. We have already been to the pharmacy to inform them of this issue and still there is no resolution. Our surgery keeps sending us invitations to have the above boosters as they are not aware we have already had these.
