Had my flu vaccination at the Stowmarket Tesco pharmacy today, with a timed appointment, no queue, very relaxed and the injection was painless. A lovely pharmacist who also checked my blood pressure. I felt looked after. The pharmacy staff are always so helpful and kind and it is really convenient having this service inside the store. It has made our lives much easier. To all the pharamcy staff, a big thank you!

I panicked when I realised I had run out of my toddler's heart medication earlier than expected. I rang the pharmacy at 18:35 and they had his repeat prescription sorted and ready for me to collect by the time I arrived at 18:45. (They shut at 19:00!) They've always been a great team and always gone the extra mile to make sure we get our medications, even when my toddler had a more tricky-to-source one last year when he was still a baby. When they had all the issues with their landline phone last year the pharmacists rang me via mobile to make sure they could update me when there were stock issues with the meds. We really appreciate the in-store pharmacy team and are grateful for everything they do.
