37 times I phoned their pharmacy yesterday and not once did they answer even if it was just after they opened and its like that every time I try and phone to see if my prescription is ready. They never even answer it when they are not busy. All I want to know is if its ready so I don't have a wasted walk in the pouring rain with a bad back. Answer Your Phone!!!

Visited this pharmacy today to try and get some cream for my son. We were unable to get a GP appointment yesterday and signposted to the pharmacy for support until Monday. The pharmacist was very rude and unhelpful. She said approached me (after I asked to speak to her) did not introduce herself so I was unaware that it was actually the pharmacist that approached me and stared at me until I spoke. After explaining the problem she said ‘well I can’t help you’ and suggested calling 111. I asked for her opinion whether she thought the problem warranted a 111 call as I am conscious not to abuse the service and she said ‘well go to a&e then’. As an anxious mother to a young child who was looking for support and reassurance, she did neither. Such a shame, even if someone is unable to help a little compassion and care can go a long way.
