Avoid if you are young or vulnerable !!! I am so disgusted, upset and angry about the extremely poor customer service, attitude and treatment from Tesco pharmacy. After my son plucking up the courage to use his 'C card' (free contraction card) of which he had been told that Dereham Tesco pharmacy accept and it clearly says on the website that Dereham Tesco Pharmacy are part of the scheme...my son was told in an extremely dismissive manner 'no we don't do that' without even looking at the card or giving my son a chance to explain that he was in actual fact told that otherwise. My son then asked whether the pharmacy stock water-based lubricants to which no one seemed to know where this was stocked and the actual pharmacist turned around and muttered that 'all lubricants are water based' in the most condescending and patronising tone, which is complete and utter nonsense. The pharmacist is clearly very uneducated and should know that in actual fact lubriants come as water based, oil based or silicone based and that his treatment could cause someone to feel like utter rubbish when it was already a big thing for my son to go up and ask for the above. Perhaps employ better staff that have been educated and have been taught customer service and manners !!!!

I was ignored until I asked another customer if they were being served. This was noticed I was then served but with a very unhelpful attitude. I would never use this pharmacy again. It is not the first time I have been dissatisfied with the service.
