Poor customer service. Greeted with “yes”, staff member seemed angry. Asked what was wrong and she complained we were the problem. We literally did nothing out of the ordinary when trying to collect a prescription. Another member of staff came over and asked if she could help. I said no thank you and she shouted “charming”. Really unapproachable team working there. If you need help this is not the place to go.

Having tried to take my sharps boxes in to be disposed of correctly and thoughtfully, I have been told twice in the last week that their bins are full. They don’t know when they will be emptied and the best they can suggest is to take it to another chemist. I have in the region of 10 items from their pharmacy each month which they will be getting the prescription charges for, I feel the least they can do is provide the bins to correctly dispose of the needles. If I were to put them in the bins outside and a child was to get spiked on them it could be fatal. I feel this is an appalling service and somebody should be governing how it is dealt with. I am absolutely disgusted as I am trying to do the correct thing and it is getting to the stage where they may have to go into a waste bin. They also often do not have all of the correct medication and will not order them.
