    This pharmacy does not ever answer calls, which is important if the patient is disabled. They do nothing with your prescription unless it is chased up in person and then they send it off, without telling you they have done it in that moment. This pharmacy has no explanation as to why they do this when challenged. They take no onus for its own failings and unprofessionalism. They have a text service that they do not use consistently or at all. They have no respect for their disabled customers. The attitude is dismissive when confronted. There is an avoidance of taking responsibility and offering an apology. Customer care is non existent. There is a lack of respect for the patient overall. Communication is key and there is none at this pharmacy. I am appalled at what I experienced today. I was treated with contempt for asking serious questions regarding my prescription. There was no queue and 3 people behind the counter and not 1 person answered the phone. This is not acceptable. The person in charge was very dismissive and could not answer any questions when challenged. The pharmacy seemed to be doing its best to avoid having to answer for its current working model.

    I am now waiting urgently for apixaban. I cannot keep visiting I am 86 years old I get 28 in a packet only This is not the first time this has happened to me. I tried all afternoon yesterday to get through on the phone no one ever answered me. I will try again today. GPS donnot give prescriptions out earlier than needed. Just a phone call answered would be helpful. My eye drops likewise lanaprost also
