   I received a text to say my prescription was ready. I visited to collect but they were not dispensing no reason given. As I was making a second trip to collect I rang to check if they were dispensing before leaving again to collect as I had already made one trip, they said yes. I arrived they informed me my prescription hadn't been checked by the pharmacist and that he had gone on lunch and I should have some empathy for him. Two trips to the pharmacy and after ringing to check. I didn't get my medication or a dinner hour.
