long waiting time to be served then another 30 minutes wait for prescription ordered 5 days earlier. this service has been the same for a very long time, there was a time they would text you when your prescription was ready for collection

Tesco is not able to provide a timely service to procure the most basic repeat medications even given over a week to fill the repeat prescription. In May this disorganisation or lack of staff even led to several day's break in my treatment and many wasted trips to talk to rather rude ladies at the pharmacy. I consider this pharmacy unsafe. Given the length of queue on most days I had the displeasure to have to attend and queue twice to pick up I notice medications are handed out without customers having time to ask/be given advice. There are several counters ... only one is staffed Lloyd's in Sainsburys around the corner has unfortunately closed...that pharmacy and staff were brilliant. Many customers changed to Tesco. If Tesco took on better/more staff to deal with the added customers and income that surely is generated, me and others would not be put through this distress.
