   Go to pay for prescription which had been emailed from doctor but offered cheaper product so didn’t use the prescription. But today recieve letter from NHS claiming I had applied for exemption, which I hadn’t even touched the prescription or used it only Tesco had. NHS advised me to go to the pharmacy to ask for proof of what had happened as they keep it on database but apparently the pharmacist says this is wrong they don’t, the prescriptions get sent off somewhere but he does not know where, I asked how do I stop this happening again then to be told well just buy the cheaper product, how’s that useful. Avoid!!!! I have escalated it with Tesco but who knows if they will do anything, I have now got to hope NHS believe me or I’m getting £100 fine.
