I used to use you regularly but stopped as there was too many errors and missing tablets. As my partner is using you (although nowhere near as many items) I thought I’d try again as you’re open weekends. I went to get my fresh Eplerenone and Metformin from the tesco bag only to find none there. I counted the contents when I picked them up but not every item by name which was a mistake but there are up to 15 items and I have new tablets too. I can’t believe it. I shouldn’t have to go through every item every time I pick them up surely. I now have no supply of these and it will mean yet another trip all the way round as the road is closed locally and means we have to take a detour. Why is this happening every time I use you ? I’m not impressed at all being disabled and have heart problems. Please advise ASAP as this ridiculous.
