   We arrived 2 minutes before they closed for lunch. Someone started serving us and then decided to stop halfway through as the clock had hit 13:00. They weren’t polite enough to warn this could happen at the start. We’ve then returned 2hrs 15mins later and they’ve not even bothered to make up the prescription they’d started working on so now have to wait another 10 minutes for that to be done. Shocking service, they should be ashamed.
