   My daughter went to collect my repeat prescriptionat Tesco pharmacy Hanley,clough street,a lady in the pharmacy my daughter had not seen before was most rude & would not listen to what my daughter was trying to explain,this lady has a bad attitude & now because of her attitude i do not know if I will get my repeat prescription next month,this is very worrying because I rely on my prescription being ready each month.
