Twice in a week tried phoning numerous times, rings till cutting out, need confirmation for prescription, as Tesco Crawley never message when its available. Eventually went in told wont be ready for 30 min, so spent ages on phone to stop this happening, not answering then a 30 min delay when turning up, not good all round, short staffed every time I call, or cant be bothered, I an now awaiting one item looks like after more calls I will have to visit you again, its not convenient wasting so muchtime?

They take ages to get your prescription ready, about two to three weeks on average so often left short. Frequently get different orders of drugs mixed up. sometimes dont realise you have more than one prescription order so dont give all your prescriptions. used to tell you to go shopping for 15 mins while check prescriptions now its either 30 mins or some other day!! if you choose to wait 30 mins you will be left waiting for over an hour at best. Obviously totally understaffed.
