   I understand training occurs in a business and there is a sign saying they are closed for an hour however when there are 4 members of staff on. It has been witnessed the majority of staff were on their phones. There were 3 customers waiting to be served. They could have easily had one member of staff waiting on front to aid and they could have caught up at a later date. This could have been a persons lunch break and they needed the medication urgently. It is not appropriate for this to occur as this meant customers were wasting their time when they may have been busy.
