   On 3 occasions (out of 4 in the last 6 months) only issued part prescriptions and returned prescription items unfulfilled (diabetic blood test strips), then told me to go to different pharmacies for those items instead of ordering them in for me like they should have done. No longer the convenience to go to this pharmacy while shopping because they only give you some items and send you on a mystery tour for lifelong medical items they used to stock/issue with no problems.
