    Requested a prescription on the 13/09 went to collect same on 21/09 and it was not ready . This happens time and time again and the excuse is always ' lack of staff' and it means another trip to the pharmacy and a long wait in a queue with your fingers crossed hoping your prescription is ready.

    Today I had to queue for 30 mins just to have to return 30 mins later to collect prescription. Lots of staff stood around talking and laughing whilst no customers are served. Have never seen such slow, inefficient service. Other customers with ill children also having to wait this long is unacceptable.

    Don't even deserve 1 star. Totally inadequate. Pharmacy needs to be closed or get someone to run it who knows what they are doing. Totally incompetent. You shouldn't have to wait 25 minutes to pick up a prescription that was sent by the doctors and then be told you have to wait another 30 minutes for it to be ready. Why does my doctors surgery send it direct to them? Can't they give me a prescription and I can choose which Pharmacy I use.

    I went to collect my prescription at Tesco pharmacy, Woolwell, at 8am, their earliest opening time. There were already 8 x customers waiting ahead of me. It took a further 20 minutes for me to be served and then informed that my prescription (sent 8 x days previously by my GP) was not ready and I would be required to wait a further 30 minutes minimum for them to process it. By this time, the queue of people behind me were at least 10. If this pharmacy is that busy, surely they can afford to employ more staff to accommodate the frustrated customers. I'd recommend any future customers to consider other pharmacies than Tesco, Woolwell.
