   They send a text stating they can’t get hold of an item that you have been prescribed. They ask you to phone the number they give for details. You ring and no one answers. Today I rang 22 times. I’ve rung on other occasions and even had the phone answered and put straight down by the person on the other end. When you go to collect items, many times they see you and continue doing what ever they are doing behind the screen and ignore you. Other times you have to check all your items as often there are items missing or they don’t check to see if there is another script. I understand being busy but in healthcare it’s important to answer the phone no matter how irritating or busy you are. I know because I work in that industry.
