The staff were not very helpful towards my vulnerable mother and despite the NHS website stating that the pharmacy provides free lateral flow tests to vulnerable people, the employee refused to assist. My mother had verified evidence from NHS to state she was vulnerable, however the staff did not want to assist or help direct my mother as to where she could go instead. Will not be visiting this pharmacy again, the other local pharmacy was much more attentive and provided tests.

Have been using this pharmacy for a while now, and have always had quick, efficient, and professional service. The staff are always polite, despite them receiving hundreds of electronic prescriptions a day from several nearby surgeries. You can’t always expect immediate fulfilment of a prescription, but you can always expect a prescription to be fulfilled as quickly as humanly possible given the number of prescriptions they have to deal with. We all think our own prescription is more important than anyone else’s. The truth, is that this little pharmacy cope with an extremely large workload politely, professionally, and cheerfully. Recently I was diagnosed with a chest infection, and whilst I was still at the doctors she prescribed penicillin, submitted the prescription to the pharmacy, and told me the prescription would be ready once I got to the pharmacy. I went straight there, only to realise they were dealing with similar prescriptions from several doctors at several surgeries. They told me the wait would be about an hour, but they could see I was in some distress, offered me a seat, and within 15 minutes the prescription had been prescribed and I could get back to bed. Excellent service under pressure.
