The staff at this pharmacy are so rude and unbelievably slow. It took over an hour to collect my prescription recently and when I finally did get it, the employee was very snappy with me. Confidentiality is non-existant too. They keep the computer where they look for prescriptions on the back desk and expect you to shout your details over to them. The whole of Tesco now knows my name, date of birth, address, NHS number and what my prescription was for.

There is a good case for having a pharmacy in a store, as it’s available seven days a week. Unfortunately if you need to contact them they never answer the phone. The system for ordering a repeat prescription is to contact the pharmacy, but the only way to do that is to go to the counter.
