I came to pick up my prescription for the first time, took them 15 minutes to even notice me then they went back to talking and sorting out other prescriptions. Lady next to me in queue said it’s always like this. Very unprofessional as staff were talking in another language and said I could be waiting from 9am till 7pm for a text for my medication to be ready (usually 30 minutes max at my usual pharmacy). Staff were not friendly or helpful and complained to me that they had 200 prescriptions to do and made me feel like I was just a number and a burden despite needing my medication urgently. Will not be using again.

They have put up a notice saying they are short of staff and busy packing medications, so everyone collecting prescriptions must wait for a text from them beforehand. Consequently they don't have much time to speak to customers, if my experience yesterday is typical.
