    Daughter had acute tonsillitis during the bank holiday and I booked a pharmacy appointment online. Pharmacist was very good, took all the details checked my daughter, gave the necessary advice and treatment. Very professional service and a great service when GPs are not available for minor infections

    Always had excellent support for me and family members. Always check you medication and check if you are having side effects. Recommended prepayment certificate to save money. Have used for 10 years and will continue to do so.

    Phoned the pharmacy today because I hadn’t received all of my prescription and the person on the phone was very rude. I explained that a family member collected my prescription on my behalf and he started to blame my relative for not double checking. If the pharmacy did their job properly I wouldn’t need to complain. They tried to then blame my doctors surgery but I told them I had already checked with them before phoning that every thing the doctor requested had gone through yesterday. This pharmacy has been getting worse the service is always slow and most of the time they don’t double check to see if you have all of your prescription. Instead of blaming others for their failure they need to look at their computer system. Blaming a customer who has shopped and used this pharmacy for several years is not right and I understand it can be hard to keep up with demand but that’s not mine or anyone else’s fault. The person who I talked to on the phone really needs to learn customer service skills because their attitude was horrendous and even if they are having a bad day they really shouldn’t be taking it out on people who are not well. This pharmacy really needs to improve. There are one or two staff that are lovely but the service overall is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to make sure the pharmacy are doing their job they should make sure that whether I collect or a person on my behalf collects my prescription that all the items are there. Another thing this pharmacy no longer send text messages when prescriptions are ready to collect. I don’t normally complain but after the experience from the rude member of staff I have had no other choice and I would definitely tell people to avoid this pharmacy and try elsewhere.
